Jesus Christ declared, "Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world." John 16:30. While it is apparent that God does not shield us from all suffering, He can give us the strength to travel through it. He asks only that we call out to Him for help, engage in healthy practices, and support each other along the way.

-Hellen Keller (American author and lecturer)
"... although the world is full of suffering, it is full also of the overcoming of it. My optimism, then, does not rest on the absence of evil, but on a glad belief in the preponderance of good and a willing effort always to cooperate with the good, that it may prevail." --Hellen Keller
